The 19th Annual Spring Clinic will host the following tracks:

Exhibit Information:

All Exhibiting Companies Will Receive:

  • One standard 6’ tabletop display for $1,200
  • Recognition on
  • 2 complimentary representative registrations (includes continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as food and beverage at the Happy Hour with Exhibitors)

Exhibit Description
Each exhibit area is equipped with one 6' skirted table, and two chairs. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Exhibit Kits
Upon receipt of your contract and payment, a confirmation email and exhibit badge form will be sent. 

Exhibit Cancellation Policy
Exhibit companies will incur a cancellation fee of $150 if cancellation is received in writing before April 15, 2018. Refunds will not be issued after this date.

    • Happy Hour: 4:30-6:00 pm

    • Exhibit Hall Open: 7:00 am-3:30 pm

Registration Packet Inserts

Registration packets are provided to all conference attendees at Spring Clinic. You may increase your company’s visibility at the conference by submitting an insert to be included in the packets. Cost is $350 per insert.

Bag Sponsor

Get your company recognized! PVMA will design a special graphic for Spring Clinic that includes your logo to be printed on attendees bags. Cost of sponsorship is $3,000.

Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms is being held at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center. Please contact the hotel directly at 800.233.7505 for reservations. Please identify yourself as part of the PVMA group and reference ID #PAVE18A to obtain discounted rates. All reservations must be made by April 22, 2018, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. After this cut-off date, reservations may be made on a space and rate availability basis only.

The group rates for this meeting are as follows:

  • $142 single occupancy
  • $152 double occupancy
  • $162 triple occupancy
  • $172 quadruple occupancy
