The Northeastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (NEPVMA) with the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) are hosting a dinner meeting and we hope you will join us! This is your chance to interact with colleagues, receive an update on current initiatives within PVMA, and earn CE credits.

Hot Topics in Infectious Disease
Dr. Brooke Moore will review vaccine and prevention strategies for CIRD, Leptospirosis, and Lyme Disease.  Disease prevalence and risk factors will be reviewed in addition to the 2017 AAHA guidelines.  Feline disease prevention strategies as well as the AAFP guidelines will be presented.

Dr. Brooke Moore obtained her BA from Franklin and Marshall College in 2001. She then attended and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s veterinary school in 2005. She spent six years in small animal clinical practice before starting an industry career with Novartis Animal Health in 2011. She is now a regional consulting veterinarian with Elanco Animal Health. She has a special interest in preventative medicine and enjoys educating veterinary professionals about new trends in veterinary medicine.
Dr. Moore resides in beautiful Bucks County Pennsylvania with her husband, two sons and dog. She enjoys running, hiking and spending time with her amazing family.
